State-of-the-RNArt: benchmarking current methods for RNA 3D structure prediction

RNAs are essential molecules involved in numerous biological functions. Understanding RNA functions requires the knowledge of their 3D structures.

Here we propose a review of recent advances in terms of RNA 3D structure prediction. It comes with a web server that shows the prediction of nine models on single-stranded RNAs of RNA-Puzzles.

We hope this review will help the user understanding what is at stake for RNA 3D structure predictions, as well as the state-of-the-art solutions.
